Can you believe it’s been three years since we started Wentors? We’ve come a long way! Back then, our goals seemed like a mountain we had to climb, but we were determined to make a difference.
We want to help over 8 million women in tech by 2030. It is a big dream, but we are up for the challenge!
Fast forward to today, and we’ve just hit a major milestone! Wentors is now an official Regional Partner for the SLT Global Competition for Startups in Africa.
This is a huge deal, y’all! It shows that we’re making progress and that people are recognizing our work to empower female tech entrepreneurs.
The SLT Global Competition is a big deal in the startup world. It brings together the best and brightest startups from across Africa, giving them a chance to show off their cool ideas and compete for funding, mentorship, and all that good stuff.

To fulfill this responsibility, Wentors is launching the FoundHer mentorship and accelerator program. This program is designed to prepare female startup founders for the SLT global competition and provide them with the skills, knowledge, and support they need to succeed on a global stage.
