If you’re here, I am assuming you’ve heard about Wentors’ mentorship program for women in technology.
The We-Discover program is designed for women in technology interested in mentoring or being mentored by top tier females in the industry.

We would not like to assume everyone is going to get through the application process on the first try. Some folks might not complete it, and it is very important you complete and submit your application to be part of the program.
The application process for the We-Discover mentorship program started on Tuesday, February 1, 2022. And the process begins with a click on the link app.wentors.com

If you already have an account with us, just proceed to sign in otherwise you get to do the fun part, sign-up.
The sign-up process is pretty straightforward; you input your details, create a password and hit the signup button. You’d get an email asking you to confirm your email address; just so we know it’s you and we can activate your account.
After your account is activated, you’d receive another notification via email and a prompt to submit your application. For this part, we’d need you to focus and take out about 8–10 minutes of your time to go through the application process.
You can either decide to complete your profile which takes you through a 3-step process or submit an application by clicking on the big button in the orange section of your profile dashboard.
Whichever route you choose, you’d need to fill up a questionnaire that helps us get to know you better and also take a personality test so we get to know the best person to pair you up with.

Once you are done with answering the questionnaire and taking your personality test, you get to choose which mentorship cohort you want to be a part of.
For this particular cohort, you’d see just one option, tick the box as applicable, fill up some additional information and hit the “send application” button.
You’d be taken back to your profile dashboard.
After this, all you have to do is wait. You’d be paired up with a suitable wentor/wentee as the case may apply.
Once you are successfully paired up, you’d receive a notification via your registered mail introducing you to your wentor/wentee.
You can proceed to connect and do a basic introduction as you wait for the opening/orientation ceremony. (March 4, 2022, for this edition)
While you’re on your dashboard, you can put the finishing touches to your profile by adding a display picture, etc
